Foundation and space
Provide a solid, level, load-bearing foundation with working, maintenance and material-handling clearance.
Electrical supply
Confirm the required voltage, frequency, phase, grounding and cable route for the selected equipment.
Water and drainage
Prepare stable water supply, drainage and—where applicable—a settling or recycling arrangement for process water.
Compressed air
Confirm the available air supply, line route and required connection points for the machine configuration.
People and materials
Arrange operators, tools, the agreed sample material and the people responsible for acceptance and training.
Prepare for a controlled first test.
Before production begins, check the alignment, connections, lubrication, guards and emergency controls. Start with a no-load test, then process representative material under the agreed conditions.
